Responsibilities

Must be very good in drafting of reply and evidences in complaints before District Consumer Redressal Commission and PLA.

Also well aware about the recent judgments/orders passed by the HRERA and also NCDRC in consumer matters.

Good in drafting reply to police complaints filed by customers and also good in drafting of reply to the complaints filed before DTP/STP by the customers.

And able to draft settlement deeds to be executed with customers
-
Able to update MIS
