Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for corporate legal strategy, overseeing the delivery of all legal services including large scale properties EC, PATTA verification facilitation, due diligence, legal Liaising, structuring of transactions, documentation, and negotiations.

• Exposure in spearheading large properties, crisis resolution, expert, legal documentation expert.

• Implementing Legal operations maintaining 100% compliance in accordance with applicable laws. Having strong knowledge of government regulations and practices maintaining proper interactions with relevant government / Statutory bodies/

• Managing team of legal counsel and all other team members of legal Department.

 
Qualification & Experience

• LLB. / LLM., Relevant post graduate preferred.

• 5+years’ experience preferably in real estate, logistics.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and adept in communicating with all

• Levels of the organization, interpersonal skills, hands-on experience in ERP

• Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter with strong result orientation.
