Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide adequate support to the respective Team Leads and Businesses for all matters as applicable to the business to ensure adherence to specific state/country laws and regulations
• Execute complete front-end transactional support for negotiations to ensure business continuity
• Implement the litigation strategy and necessary procedures and systems across all businesses and
• Execute all activities related to the management of all trademarks of the company globally to ensure protection against misuse
• Execute all compliance related activities as per relevant laws, regulations and internal corporate policies, to enable business to achieve the defined targets in accordance with the relevant regulatory standards
• Execute all legal activities related to M&A deals by liaising with the international business team in order to achieve the group objective of EBITDA led growth
