Job Description:

• They are looking to hire a legal fresher for the job role of a Trademark Associate.

• The profile will be focussed on handling trademark prosecution/ advisory and writing editorials.

Responsibilities

• Handling trademark prosecution matters;

• Corresponding with the Trade Marks office;

• Working on client queries/ opinions pertaining to trademark issues;

• Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, write ups, updates, etc.
