Responsibilities

Managing and handling transactions independently including real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, distribution and franchising arrangements.

Advise on Employment law matters

Regulatory approvals, including ROC, RBI, NCLT, Labor Departments, Customs, the Tax department.

Conduct and maintain legal research related to various transactional matters.
