Responsibilities Ensure compliance of laws applicable to the company with the implementation of best corporate governance practices including Risk identification and Mitigation Responsible for Board and General meetings Drafting and finalization of the Annual Report Handling shareholder matters Critically analyzing Regulatory Updates and providing necessary guidance to the management Handling subsidiary compliances   Qualification & Experience LLB, candidates with experience working in a Listed Company will be preferred.
