Qualification & Experience Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a Master’s degree in economics, diplomacy, international relations, public policy, data science, general management, cost accounting or a related discipline from (a) a University listed in the top 25 ranks of the latest National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), or (b) from a reputed University or a discipline within a University listed in the top 100 ranks of a recognized World University Ranking, for example, the latest QS World University Ranking or the Times Higher Education Ranking. Prior work experience is not a requirement.  

Qualification & Experience Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent. Two years degree/diploma after graduation, like LLB, CA, MBA or equivalent shall be considered at par with PG degree. 08 years of relevant experience with at least 03 years of work experience in a senior supervisory capacity (Pay Level 07 or more) in areas of accounts/ audit/ general administration/ finance/ legal matters/ administration of academic and examination affairs in institution of higher learning or in comparable government/ private organizations.  

Responsibilities Conduct patentability searches and analyze prior art to determine the novelty and patentability of inventions. Draft, review, and prosecute patent applications before domestic and international patent offices. Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and technical experts to understand and document the invention details accurately. Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on patent matters to internal stakeholders. Conduct patent infringement analysis and prepare opinions on the validity and enforceability of patents. Assist in patent portfolio management, including conducting patent portfolio reviews and developing patent filing strategies. Applying for patents from both the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO). Monitor and evaluate potential patent infringements and enforce patent rights when necessary. Collaborate with outside counsel and manage relationships with external patent attorneys. Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to patents and intellectual property. Support patent litigation efforts by providing technical expertise, conducting legal research, and assisting with document preparation. Keeping up-to-date on any deadlines for patent renewal.     Qualification & Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Patent Attorney, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to practice before Indian Patent Office (IPO) as a registered patent attorney. Strong knowledge of patent laws, regulations, and procedures, both domestically and internationally.  

Responsibilities Due Diligence of the properties including title investigation at the concerned office of registrar / sub-registrar of assurance, analysing various title documents of the properties located in Northern India for the purpose of drafting and reviewing of title investigation reports; Drafting and review of various contracts / agreements in Real Estate sector including but not limited to non-disclosure agreement(s), term sheet(s), MoU(s), development management agreement(s), contractor agreement(s), joint venture agreement(s), collaboration agreement(s), cancellation agreement(s), lease deed(s), sub-lease deed(s), rent agreement(s), conveyance / sale deed(s), asset transfer agreement(s), leave and license agreement(s), etc.; and Other general corporate advisory work.     Qualification & Experience LL.B. from reputed university; Candidate must be having minimum 3 (Three) years of working experience in a reputed law firm and must have good communication and negotiation skills; Candidate must have knowledge of applicable Real Estate laws; and Candidate must have experience in Title Investigations for various properties located in Northern India and must have adequate experience in handling drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts in Real Estate sector.  

About The Internship In order to sensitise students and impart training on competition law, the Commission Offers internship opportunities to students of law, economics, management, regulatory governance and professional studies.      Mode of Internship On-site     Responsibilities Selected interns will be deputed to various divisions of the Commission in different batches where work will be allocated to them under the guidance/ supervision of officer(s) assigned to them by the Divisional Head(s).
