Responsibilities Manage all corporate entity matters work (e.g., intra group reorganizations, share transfers, liquidations, etc.) Manage corporate governance including all corporate secretarial activities in support of shareholder and board meetings (e.g., prepare board briefing packages, presentations, minute and instruct external advisers on any filings with Companies House (or equivalent)) Manage due diligence for entity/corporate transactions and projects Collaborate with members of Legal, HR, tax, treasury, controllership and other teams Coordinate entity transactions related to the acquisition of target groups in or that involve the Market Unit and their integration into Accenture across multiple countries Supervise outside counsel and manage legal budgets for different projects Leverage internal and external resources with reusable and industrialized knowledge Supervise and leverage team responsible for tracking entity information and maintaining entity books and records for all legal entities in Market Unit     Qualification & Experience JD or equivalent law degree required 5-10 years of experience as an attorney, at least 4 of which involved mergers and acquisitions, entity transactions such as restructurings, share transfers, mergers, liquidation, etc. and corporate governance in a common law jurisdiction; relevant transactional experience under English law is preferred.    

Responsibilities Review and evaluate legal obligations for potential impact on the Litigation group. Perform compliance-related activities including quality control, docketing and data input. Analyze metrics and data related to litigation matter management and outside counsel use and retention. Preparation and distribution of reports to litigation management. Project management and data analytics related to legal billing and outside counsel use.     Qualification & Experience A minimum of 3 years of legal related experience. Familiarity with US based litigation is preferred. Strong English oral and written communication skills. Analytical, organizational, research, presentation, time management, and project management skills.    

Experience PQE:- 2-3 years of experience with specialization Contract Drafting, Banking & Financial Transaction, IPR and Commercial Contracts.  

Experience Post Bar Registration Experience 3+ years. Proficiency in legal drafting, researching, client interactions & public speaking. Prior experience in regulatory and general corporate advisory, intermediaries registrations and commercial litigation relating to SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, SAT, NCLT, NCLAT, etc. Prior work experience with law firm(s), financial regulators and/or law practitioners is preferable.
