The Centre for IP Studies (CIPS) at National Law University Jodhpur is focused on creating a niche space for research in intellectual property. CIPS engages with the community and creates avenues for spreading awareness in intellectual property. Its combination of motivated faculty and students aims to make the domain of intellectual property accessible to all, through organizing and conducting various activities, events and programs.
About the Webinar

The first session (Day 1) of the webinar will focus on aspects of finding infringements, cease and desist actions, online takedowns etc. The session will also cover the basics of negotiating between parties.

The second session (Day 2) will cover different aspects involved in preparing for IPR litigations, various stages of litigation and the basics of drafting different documents involved in IPR litigation.
