We are looking to hire a Contract Administrator who will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of staff augmentation services in the IT industry.
The Contract Administrator will negotiate contract terms and conditions between various parties. You will maintain files for contracts containing original contracts, relevant correspondence, amendments, clarifications and payment schedules.
Ideal candidates are accountable and are proficient multitaskers, have a strong knowledge of business financial best practices, an understanding of contract law, and possess a strong attention to detail. They must also be skilled communicators and have excellent negotiation skills.

Prepare sales and purchase contracts
Negotiate contract terms with business partners
Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
Analyze and mitigate potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Maintain organized system of digital records
Negotiate terms and conditions.
Maintain detailed and organized files.
Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
Maintain audit files
Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
Perform closing activities as needed.
Detect errors and inconsistencies in contracts
Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
