About The Internship RoshAi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IPR Intern to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property efforts, particularly in the area of patent drafting for our driverless car technologies. This internship presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, law, and innovation to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge industry.   Responsibilities Assist in conducting patent searches and analysis to identify relevant prior art and patent landscapes. Collaborate with the legal and engineering teams to understand and document new inventions and innovations. Draft patent applications under the supervision and guidance of senior patent attorneys and engineers. Conduct technical and legal research to support patent prosecution and defense activities. Assist in reviewing and analyzing patent office actions and drafting responses when necessary. Maintain accurate and organized records of patent-related documents and correspondence. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to intellectual property rights and patent law. Support the development and implementation of intellectual property strategies to protect RoshAi's innovative technologies.     Eligibility Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Law, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Bachelores in Engineering and Masters in IPR related areas will be a plus. Strong interest in intellectual property law, particularly patent law, and technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.     Duration and Compensation This is a 6 months internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
