About the Fellowship
D. E. Shaw India is excited to introduce the FinSpire Fellowship — a three-day virtual program geared towards helping women in their first year of an undergraduate program explore future career possibilities in the world of finance. FinSpire fellows will have an opportunity to participate in a series of unique educational experiences and gain exposure to our dynamic culture.

Eligibility
The program is open to women who are currently in their first year of a full-time undergraduate program regardless of academic discipline. Prior knowledge of finance is not required.
Selection Criteria
Fellows will be selected based on their resume, an aptitude test, and asynchronous interviews.
