Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai in association with Family Court Bar Association, Mumbai is organizing a 7 Days Certificate Programme on Mediation from 19th March – 25th March 2022.
Objective of the Course
A robust dispute resolution system is one of the basic requirements of good governance. Alternative dispute resolution techniques have started gaining ground across the globe, of which 'Mediation' has been looked upon as the most viable and effective technique. The importance of 'Mediation' is that it gives fair and honorable treatment to the conflicting parties and facilitates dispute settlement in a win-win situation & the recent initiative by the Government of India to bring in comprehensive Legislation for Mediation, Maharashtra.
