The competition encourages participants to engage with contemporary governance challenges and draft statutes, constitutional reforms, and policy frameworks on issues of national significance. By emphasising analytical precision, constitutional grounding, and implementation feasibility, the event offers a platform for young legal minds to move beyond adjudicatory learning and towards legislative and policy-oriented thinking, reflecting ALSB’s commitment to preparing future professionals for India’s evolving governance landscape.
