At Lex Lumen, we believe the law is always changing and plays a crucial role in society. Our journal is a space for legal scholars, professionals, and students to discuss and analyse various legal topics. We aim to deepen the understanding of law and its role in promoting justice and fairness.
We publish original research articles, case studies, reviews of new laws, and contemporary issue review on different areas of law. Our high standards ensure that every piece of work is of excellent quality and contributes to legal knowledge. Our respected editorial board, made up of top legal experts, oversees a strict review process for all submissions.
We welcome contributions from anyone passionate about exploring important legal issues.

Submission Requirements
Originality: Only original, unpublished works are accepted. Authors must ensure their work hasn't been published elsewhere.
Plagiarism Check: All submissions are checked for plagiarism to maintain academic integrity. The journal requires a similarity index of less than 10%.
Language: Manuscripts must be strictly in English, clear, and concise.
Word Count: Submissions should be:
• Long Articles (3000- 8000 words)
• Short Articles (1500- 3000 words)
• Case Commentaries/Briefs (1200-2500 words)
Submission Guidelines
Content Of Paper : The Content of Your Article Must Include the Following:
• Title: The title should be concise, descriptive, and include essential and relevant keywords.
• Abstract: Provide a succinct summary of the research, typically between 150 to 250 words, encapsulating the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
• Keywords: List pertinent keywords to facilitate efficient search and indexing.
• Introduction: Clearly introduce the research topic, delineate the problem, and articulate the objectives.
• Methods: Offer a detailed and comprehensive description of the experimental or analytical methods employed.
• Results: Present the findings with precision, utilizing appropriate tables, graphs, and statistical analyses.
• Discussion: Provide an in-depth interpretation of the results, discuss their implications, and compare them with previous research.
• Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and underscore their significance.
• References: Compile a comprehensive list of all sources cited in the manuscript, formatted according to the journal’s specified style.
Formatting Requirements
• First Page: Include the title of the paper, names of the authors, and their institutional affiliations, followed by an abstract.
• Second Page: Commence the main body of the manuscript from the second page.
Text Style of manuscript should be:
1. Use Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing for the main text.
2. Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, size 10, with 1.0 line spacing.
3. Headings: Ensure all headings have uniform formatting.
4. References and Footnotes: Adhere to the Bluebook 19th or 20th
Edition guidelines for references and footnotes.
PUBLICATION ETHICS:
• Authors: There can be Max. Number of 3 authors for all Type of Articles.
(NOTE: A Single Author’s Paper Can Be Published Only Once in An Issue, More Than One Paper by A Single Author Will Not Be Accepted by The Journal for Publication in Same Issue.)
• No Unfounded Allegations: Ensure that your content does not contain any unproven or baseless accusations against anyone.
• Avoid Defamation: Do not include any defamatory statements about individuals or groups.
• Reliable Sources: Do not make accusations based solely on newspaper reports.
• Author Liability: Authors are fully responsible for any legal issues arising from copyright infringement or any other rights violations.
• Exclusive Content: Your submission should be should be uniquely aligned to the theme of Lex Lumen Research Journal. The journal has the right to republish your work without your prior consent.
• No Bias: The content must be free from religious or political biases.
• Opinions: Clearly state any opinions as opinions, not as facts.
• Academic Tone: Submissions should be academic in nature and avoid a confrontational tone.
• No Hate: Content containing hate speech, including racist, sexist,anti-Semitic, or homophobic language, will not be published. This also applies to stereotypes, racial tropes, and the denial of historical events.
? PLAGIARISM:
Manuscripts go through a double-blind peer review & undergo rigorous plagiarism evaluation by domain experts.

The journal enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism.
Manuscripts found to be plagiarized above the limit will be immediately rejected.

Agree that:
• That the manuscript is their original work and free from plagiarism
• Authors will be completely Liable for any Consequences arising out of their respective submissions
• If plagiarism is detected post-publication, the journal will provide the author with an opportunity to respond. If the allegation is substantiated, the manuscript will be promptly removed without Any Refund.
Hence, Plagiarism above the limit in any form constitutes unethical conduct and is unacceptable.
Publication Process
NOTE: ALL THE PAPERS ARE PUBLISHED FOR FREE OF COST TILL VOLUME 1, ISSUE-2 (i.e. Till Jan 2025)
• Send us your Paper/Article by submitting in the Submission Form in the Publish Page of Website: https://lexlumen.site/publish/
• After Submission, you will be notified about the Acknowledgement of submission of your paper by Us, within 2-3 Days through your Mail.
• You will be informed about your Evaluation of paper Within 10 Days (from the date Acknowledgement Mail) through your mail, if selected it will be published in our journal simultaneously.
• Once published you will be notified the same through email about and Publication certificates will be sent simultaneously.
Selection process:
We would like to inform you about our three-step evaluation process that every paper undergoes prior to acceptance:
Initial Verification:
PLAGIARISM CHECK – Each paper is rigorously checked for originality.
GRAMMAR AND LANGUAGE REVIEW – We assess the grammar, spelling, and overall language quality.
THEME RELEVANCE ASSESSMENT – Confirming that the paper is aligned with our core focus on law or emerging, contemporary topics in legal studies.
Please note that if a paper does not meet the standards in any of these areas, it may be subject to rejection. To avoid this, weencourage you to ensure your paper aligns fully with these criteria before submission.
Editorial Review: If your paper passes this initial verification, it will then be sent to two members of our editorial board for a comprehensive review.
Peer-Review: After successful editorial review, your paper will undergo a final peer review process, which will determine the final decision regarding
acceptance.
Publication Perks
Publication Certificate: All authors will receive a Softcopy of publication certificate at no extra cost once their work is published.
Certificate of Best Authors: Top 3 Authors for each Volume from each Issue will be given Certificate of Best Authors & other Perks. (which will be declared after the end of each volume)
Hard Copy: Authors can request a hard copy of their Publication Certificate or Certificate of Best Author, for a Minimal Fee After publication.
Timely Review and Publication: The review process takes typically 10 days, and the final publication occurs within those 10 days, if the Paper is
been Selected.
Student Editor Opportunities: Students have the chance to work as Editors & content creators for Lex Lumen Research Journal.
