About Call for Papers
- Original research papers are invited on the notified sub-themes as well as any topic that falls within the scope of the conference theme. The organisers welcome interdisciplinary and reform-oriented research contributing to transgender rights and inclusivity.
Eligibility
- The conference is open to academicians, legal professionals, policymakers, researchers, students, healthcare professionals, civil society organisations, media practitioners, and members of the transgender community.

Submission Categories
Research papers may be submitted on themes including:
- Gender identity, gender expression, and lived experiences
- Labour rights and workplace equality
- Matrimonial, adoption, inheritance, and succession rights
- Legal identity and documentation
- Healthcare and insurance
- Sports inclusion
- Media representation and digital activism
- Gender dysphoria
- Reservation in education and employment
- Societal attitudes and cultural integration
- Mythological, historical, and religious perspectives
- Judiciary’s approach towards non-binary genders
- The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019
- Comparative and international perspectives on transgender rights
- The above themes are illustrative and not exhaustive.

- Full Paper: 3,000–5,000 words (including footnotes)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Footnotes: Size 10, single spacing
- Citation Style: ILI or OSCOLA (4th Edition)
Submission Guidelines
- Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
- Maximum two authors are permitted.
- Abstract should contain the title of the paper and author details as footnotes.
- Papers must be original, with less than 10% similarity and less than 5% AI-generated content, and should not be under consideration elsewhere.

Registration Process
- Participants are required to submit their abstracts, register for the conference, and complete the payment process before the prescribed deadline. Payment is to be made through the details provided in the conference brochure.
