Responsibilities

• Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
• Appear regularly before courts and tribunals.
• Work exclusively with the firm on litigation matters.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of core litigation experience.
• LL.M. in Business Laws will be preferred.
• Five-year integrated LL.B. degree from a reputed Tier-1 law school or university.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Excellent exposure to trial courts, tribunals, and higher courts.
• Ability to independently handle litigation matters from drafting through final arguments.
• Passion for building a long-term career in core litigation.
