Advocate - Dispute Resolution

Job Description:

We need an experienced lawyer for our litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Requirements:

? 10+ years’ experience in litigation / dispute resolution

? Well-versed in all aspects of litigation, including domestic & international arbitration

? Familiar with rules & procedure before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, NCLT, and the Supreme Court

? Able to conduct client meetings and manage client relationships

? Able to brief and coordinate with Senior Advocates

? Strong drafting skills — applications, pleadings, petitions, and other court documents
