Advocate - General Corporate and M&A

Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced lawyer for corporate and transactional work.

Requirements:

? Able to independently draft transaction documents (agreements, SHAs, SPAs, term sheets, etc.)

? Strong command of corporate compliances and regulatory requirements

? Familiar with inbound investment (investing into India) and outbound investment (investing from India) laws — FEMA, FDI & ODI regulations

? Able to conduct client meetings and manage matters end to end
