Advocate - Real Estate Practice

Job Description:

We need an experienced lawyer for real estate due diligence and transactions.

Requirements:

? 10+ years’ experience in real estate due diligence

? Able to handle assignments independently

? Strong knowledge of real estate laws & FDI/FEMA regulations

? Skilled in drafting transaction documents (sale deeds, agreements, JDAs, MOUs, etc.)

? Able to assist clients in negotiations

Key work: title verification, encumbrance & litigation checks, due diligence reports, advising on RERA/stamp duty/FDI, and end-to-end transaction support.
