Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through superior service and communication.
• Demonstrable sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in legal & Cosec with focus on service to financial services clients.
• Lead Corporate Secretarial Services with in-depth knowledge of entity management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Deliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing our service capabilities.
• Understanding of various platforms and experience on engaging in platform partnerships
• Handling client negotiations end to end to ensure timely execution and completion.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create relevant marketing collaterals and run campaigns.
• Mentor teams and build processes to deliver the top-quality support service to the clients.
• Experience of using technology and expectation to work with AI.

Qualification & Experience

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote or flexible environment.
• Working knowledge and experience working on Large Language Models (LLMs), legal AI tools and their application in legal research, contract review, and document automation
• Ability to effectively handle / manage stakeholders both internal and external, be solution oriented and come up with ideas to accelerate the growth of Legal and Cosec services.
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant tools and technology providers relevant in the Legal and Cosec domain and devise strategy to engage with them and explore partnership options.
• Required Education
• CS along with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
• Any other certifications in finance, business or marketing are an added advantage
