Assistant Manager - LPM

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Draft review and finalize a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements service contracts MSAs PSAs SOWs and amendment agreements
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders procurement finance operations legal to gather requirements and align contract terms
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and amendments
• Provide guidance and support to team members on contract related matters
• Support contract lifecycle management and continuous process improvement

Qualification & Experience

• Law degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract drafting
• Strong understanding of contract law commercial terms and risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office experience with contract management tools is a plus
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a technology or large multinational organization
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements
