Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, finalise, and negotiate project and infrastructure documentation.
• Advise on contractual, regulatory, and project documentation matters.
• Support infrastructure transactions and project advisory assignments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on project-related legal matters.

Qualification & Experience

• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong experience in Project & Infrastructure matters, including drafting, reviewing, revising, finalising, and negotiating:
• Tender documents
• Concession agreements
• Bids
• Joint Bidding Agreements
• Consortium Agreements
• Joint Venture Agreements
• Requests for Qualification (RFQs)
• Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
• Risk matrices
• Experience in contracts, project documentation, and regulatory and advisory work relating to Project & Infrastructure.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
