Experience

  • PQE: 2 to 4 years
  • Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, with exposure across all stages of proceedings
  • Demonstrated capability in appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral proceedings
  • Experience in white-collar defence and investigations will be an advantage
  • Ability to independently draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with attention to detail
