Independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and transaction documents
Lead due diligence exercises and manage end-to-end transactional workflows (M&A, PE/VC investments, joint ventures)
Advise clients on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact on matters
Supervise and mentor associates
Coordinate with external advisors, regulators, and counterparties
Qualification & Experience
LLB/LLM from a reputed institution with a minimum of 6 years PQE, preferably in a law firm.
Experience and knowledge in handling queries and routine matters pertaining to the Companies Act 2013, FEMA, SEBI and NBFCs for corporate clients from diverse industries.
Ability to independently handle matters and manage teams
Strong and clear understanding of Indian law and practices, especially Companies’ Act, Indian Contract Act, and the relevant rules and regulations

Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience in data protection and privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, global data protection frameworks (such as GDPR), and sector-specific regulations will be an added advantage.
