Qualification & Experience

• Experience:8 years of post-qualification experience in legal due diligence, contract matters and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in infrastructure/project advisory matters is a plus.
• Description: We are looking for an attorney to serve as a Legal/Contract Specialist in a Project Management Unit to be stationed at the offices of a client in Visakhapatnam. The role requires expertise in contract matters, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
