• Experience:2–4 year
• Description: The role offers an opportunity to work on a broad range of general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, financing, and infrastructure-related matters.
• The ideal candidate will assist on transactions involving investments, acquisitions, divestments, and project structuring.
• Candidates should possess strong research, drafting and analytical skills, along with a keen interest in corporate and transactional law.
• Work exposure in corporate, M&A, PE, finance, or projects will be preferred.
