Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Review of contracts with suppliers and distributors 
  • Update of contract templates 
  • Advise management on strategy and risk in legal cases 
  • Preparation of documents and answers 
  • Communication and coordination with external lawyers and advisors world-wide 
  • Legal support for debt collection Required



Qualification & Experience 

  • Law Degree (Bachelor, Master, LLB) -Specialized in corporate law
  • Work Experience (incl. internship in bigger firm) of at least 2-3 years 
  • Strong in MS Office especially Word (track changes, formatting)
  • Desired Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Secretary -Experience in the publishing industry
  • International work experience  Other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish)
