Associate / Senior Associate - Intellectual Property Practice

Job Description:

The firm is looking for experienced IP lawyers to work on intellectual property prosecution, advisory, and litigation matters, offering exposure to high-quality mandates in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualification & Experience

•  LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 3–5 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in Intellectual Property prosecution, advisory, and litigation.
• Hands-on experience with the IP Online Filing Portal.
• Experience in conducting trade mark searches, filing trade mark applications, preparing replies to Examination Reports, and handling trade mark opposition matters.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Experience in preparing pleadings and briefing counsel before the Bombay High Court.
• Interest in handling matters before the Delhi and Madras High Courts.
