Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Coordinate with clients.
• Handle trademark and copyright-related work.
• Assist in the preparation and review of commercial contracts.
• Support corporate advisory and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist in transaction-related work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• Corporate and Commercial Law
• Commercial Contracts
• Regulatory Compliance
