Business Transactions Attorney Senior Consultant

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Real time, business-focused commercial legal advice, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including SAAS agreements, Professional Service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, event/marketing agreements, product/service evaluation agreements, real estate leases, and contract amendments
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Facilities, Risk and Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, and HR located in India and US to identify and solve problems, build partnerships, and complete commercial transactions
• Identify potential issues related to data, privacy, and intellectual property for referral, collaboration, and escalation to internal subject matter experts located in the US
• Conduct complex research and determine applicable and pertinent laws, statutes, regulations, rules, and other legal authority
• Collaborate with other areas of L&R department like data privacy team, IP Team to get favourable terms for allstate in commercial contract
• Will need to work with US team

Qualification & Experience

• Legal Degree from premier college in India
• Experience 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
