Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
• Maintain statutory records and complete regulatory filings.
• Review and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, customer, vendor, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on legal and compliance matters.
• Support import/export and trade compliance activities.
• Assist in compliance audits, internal controls, and risk management initiatives.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience 

• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member).
• 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial compliance, and contract review.
• Basic understanding of trade compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work closely with the Finance & Accounts department and support finance-related compliance activities.
• Strong communication, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
