Handles routine contracts requests by using standard company templates and drafting alternative responses with review by a senior team member or manager.
Follows planning process for prioritizing deal support in working with sales and business leaders.
Performs work in alignment with overall priorities of the company's legal function.
Builds effective relationships with the company's legal colleagues, business owners, sales personnel, support functions, as well as with customers to facilitate effective escalations and efficient deal closures.
Acts as key resource to assigned business teams.
Qualification & Experience
First level university degree required.
Typically 2-5 years of customer facing contracts, negotiation, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of key laws, policies, processes, and practices applicable to closing non- standard contracts.
Intermediate understanding of technology products, service offerings, and capabilities.
Knowledge of key business and contractual risks.
Demonstrated negotiation skills.
Capable of presenting or escalating issues effectively to local legal/contracts management.
Impact/Scope:
Leads standard, low risk customer-facing contract drafts and presentations for one or more sales or business groups within a country.
Impacts internal and external clients based in the country.
