Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage end-to-end IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
• Handle trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel for filings, hearings, and litigation strategy.
• Manage intellectual property portfolios and advise on enforcement and protection strategies.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation measures.
• Support business and management teams on legal and strategic matters.

Qualification & Expeirence

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 7–12 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in Contract and Litigation Management.
• In-house legal experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and commercial transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
