Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Contracts & Risk: Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with strong risk assessment and bid support.
• Project Advisory: Partner with contract manager & business teams on contract execution, claims, and dispute mitigation.
• Compliance & Governance: Advise on IP, antitrust, ESG, and broader regulatory matters.
• Disputes & Collaboration: Handle disputes and litigation, manage external counsel, and drive stakeholder engagement and training

Qualification & Experience 

• The candidate should be a fully qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials, with an Indian legal background being essential.
• Approximately 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in relevant practice areas is expected, gained in a leading law firm and/or inhouse legal function
