Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file ROC (Registrar of Companies) forms in compliance with MCA requirements
• Draft notices, agendas, and minutes for Board Meetings and General Meetings
• Assist the Company Secretary in annual filings for Companies and LLPs
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act
• Draft contracts, agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents
• Organize and manage secretarial and legal records systematically
• Conduct legal and compliance research, prepare reports and support documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Company Secretary - Professional Program
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Work Experience Completed Management Training, 1–2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial work
