Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline commercial agreements.
• Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), leases, vendor contracts, NDAs, and related documentation.
• Own and manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and closure.
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal, contractual, and compliance matters.
• Support business operations with practical and commercially sound legal guidance.
• Ensure legal documentation complies with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year programme).
• LL.M. qualification will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong understanding of:
• Contract Law
• Companies Act
• Negotiable Instruments Act
• Arbitration and Conciliation Act
• Ability to independently manage contract and compliance functions.
• Strong commercial awareness and business advisory skills.
