Job Description:

Responsibilities

• As a Corporate and IP Intern at 3Sixty Law Group, you will assist the corporate and intellectual property teams with legal research, drafting, reviewing commercial and IP-related documents, and supporting due diligence and compliance-related exercises.
• You will work on matters relating to commercial contracts, corporate advisory, trademark filings, brand protection, regulatory compliance, and general corporate and intellectual property law matters.
• This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment and develop practical skills essential for a career in corporate and intellectual property law.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Case Analysis
• Basic understanding of Corporate Law, Data Protection Laws, and Intellectual Property
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and Organizational Skills
• Attention to Detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks with accuracy
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation
• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year
