Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide legal support
• Manage legal documentation and records
• Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders

Qualification & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (J.D.) program.
• Strong interest in corporate law and legal compliance.
• Excellent academic record in law school.
• Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
