Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis
Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide legal support
Manage legal documentation and records
Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders
Qualification & Experience
Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (J.D.) program.
Strong interest in corporate law and legal compliance.
Excellent academic record in law school.
Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
