Responsibilities

- Â Seeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations
- Â Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises
- Â Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to understand our organization and projects to develop your skills
- Â Completing internal projects to identify business improvements and critical customer outcomes
- Â Learning about our organization, our systems and processes to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Â Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Â Presenting your project outcomes to our Senior Leadership team
- Â Providing feedback at the conclusion of your internship
- Â Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Â Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
- Â Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports
Experience
-  Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program
- Â Possess an interest in learning, observing, and practicing a variety of experiences in our industry
- Â Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment
- Â Excellent writing and editing skills
- Â Articulate, with strong interpersonal skills
- Â Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Â Solid project management acumen
