Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and provide support on legal matters.
• Support the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDA, Amendments, MSA and SOWs.
• Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes under supervision
• Regulatory research and compliance
• Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc.
• Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes.

Qualification & Experience

• Pursuing a law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
