About the Internship

• Verum Legal is inviting applications for a Legal Internship at its Hyderabad office.
• This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to real legal work across corporate and litigation domains.

Eligibility

• Penultimate or final-year law students
• Strong interest in corporate law
• Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactions, structuring, and documentation
• Conduct legal due diligence and compliance advisory
• Draft and review contracts, term sheets, and resolutions
• Assist in litigation work before District Courts and High Courts
• Conduct regulatory research (SEBI, Companies Act, etc.)
• Assist in startup advisory and IP-related matters
• Support client coordination and legal opinion drafting
• Maintain files, trackers, and research notes
• Attend client meetings and firm-related activities
