The firm is looking to engage one long-term legal intern for its Corporate and Commercial practice. The internship is scheduled to commence on June 1, 2026.
The internship is designed as a six-month engagement and offers the possibility of conversion into a Trainee role for suitable candidates at the end of the term.
Eligibility
The opportunity is open to:
Students in the 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme
Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
Applicants should be able to commit to a long-term engagement.
Responsibilities
The selected intern will work on live matters across the following practice areas:
Mergers & Acquisitions, including startup transactions, structuring, due diligence, and transaction documentation such as SHA and SSA
Intellectual Property matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, and design filing and enforcement
Regulatory advisory involving SEBI-regulated structures, including VC/AIF formation and Merchant Banking licensing
Creator and Digital Media advisory, including pre-script legal diligence and IP risk assessment for digital content
Contracts and General Corporate advisory work, including drafting and transactional support
Duration
The internship will run for a period of six months.

This is a paid internship opportunity.
