About the Internship

• Asraya Legal is offering a Long-Term Internship Programme for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in legal practice. Interns will work closely with the firm’s team on ongoing matters and client mandates while developing practical legal skills.
• The programme is designed to provide substantive exposure to legal practice, enhance research and drafting capabilities, and offer insight into the day-to-day functioning of a modern law firm.

Responsibilities

• Interns will have the opportunity to assist with:
• Legal research and case strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions.
• Commercial and corporate advisory work.
• Arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Regulatory and compliance-related assignments.
• Court and tribunal-related work, wherever required.

Stipend

• Stipend will be provided

Eligibility

• Applications are invited from:
• Students in the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme; or
• Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law programme.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Professionalism and commitment.
• A genuine interest in commercial disputes and corporate law.
