Job Description

CCI India is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Legal Interns to join our legal team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate legal work, regulatory compliance, legal research, drafting, and documentation in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, agreements, notices, and MoUs.
• Assist in compliance-related activities and regulatory filings.
• Maintain legal records and documentation.
• Support the legal team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to the organization.

Eligibility

• Final-year LL.B. students or recent LL.B./LL.M. graduates.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial laws will be an advantage.
