Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in legal drafting and preparation of legal applications.
• Assist with court and litigation-related work.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Review contracts and assist with corporate legal documentation.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing matters and maintain case files.
• Assist in drafting Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Eligibility

• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases is preferred

Duration

• Minimum 2–3 Months
