• Economic Offenses, Writs, Appeals, SLPs
• IPR, Service, Consumer, Indirect Tax, Constitutional laws

Experience

• 1 - 3 years of solid litigation experience
• Proficiency in drafting, filings, client coordination, and court appearances
• Experience with District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals
• Strong legal research, administrative tasks, case management & drafting skills.
• Team player with high accountability, ability to deliver under pressure, prioritize the workload and time management.
