Job Description:

• Lawyers with 1-2 years PQE in Banking & Finance/ General Corporate/ M&A matters. Candidates should have relevant experience in banking and finance practice including structured finance, acquisition finance, securitisation, debt restructuring, debt securities issuances, Fintech; etc. undertake legal due diligence, manage transaction execution and closing and provide strategic regulatory and legal advisory.
• Ideal candidates must be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials with excellent analytical, legal research, writing and communication skills. Candidates with additional qualification of Company Secretary are welcome to apply.
