Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Hands-on in areas of legal data interpretation, creation of taxonomies and templates, ability to present and document new developments, ability to comprehend and structure new transitions and give it a template structure, ability to compare and bring synergies between different existing frameworks, knowledge of terminologies on different legal agreements of loan and bond agreement, prospectus, DRHP, basic understanding of accounting and standard line items, liking for new reporting and disclosure structures and ability to create innovative and comprehensible standards and formats.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduation or Post graduation like - LLB, B.com-LLB, BBA-LLB, Masters in Law.
