Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Work on M&A transactions, venture capital transactions, FEMA matters, and general corporate advisory assignments.
• Draft transaction and corporate documents.
• Participate in negotiations.
• Manage allocated workstreams.
• Engage directly with clients on supported matters.

Experience

• Candidates must have 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
